Job Objective:
To create new business and position the company and define its objectives and strategies for business development with the aim of achieving the quota.
Main responsabilities:
- Create business strategies to develop and assure their profitability for the region, based the expansion plan that has been defined.
- To ensure the achievement of defined quotas in the country.
- To create each project's budgets including operating expenses.
- Internal market research will define which vertical areas must be focused on in order to develop the business. In addition, we will create marketing strategies based on the defined requirements.
- Establish commercial and operational partnerships between customers and suppliers in order to develop long-term, sustainable and professional relationships in order to obtain discounts that will help increase profit margins.
- To create strategies that will successfully implement the solutions and services required by the country, according to its needs, with the objective of establishing a successful brand.
- Follow up and monitor commercial team, provide them with feedback, reinforce their knowledge and skills.
- Assign to each commercial executive which brands they will attend so that each one of them may have a wide knowledge about each brand's products.
- Weekly monitoring lead status in Zoho CRM, to establish fresh challenges.
- Identify growth opportunities aimed to expand business by broadening product offerings and customer portfolio.
- Follow up leads that have been generated by Marketing, in order they may become customers, through product presentations.
- Maintain productive and stable partnerships with both strategic customers as well as manufacturers.
- Carry out monthly reports from proposals made through Zoho CRM analyzing the status and outcomes of reports to submit them to Country Manager.
Required education
Bachelor's degree on Business Administration, Commercial area or related field. Specialization on commercial subjects. Sales methodologies diplomat or specialization. Negotiation diplomat or specialization
Required experience
Formation and development on high performance teams: 1-2 years
Identification of business opportunities including customer management: 3-4 years
